Qigong/Agni Yoga

Qigong/Agni Yoga is rooted in ancient Chinese and Indian traditions, it focuses on cultivating and balancing life energy (Qi or Prana) through slow, intentional movements, deep breathing, and meditation. This practice enhances physical vitality, mental clarity, and emotional well-being, promoting relaxation, strength, and inner harmony.

This Qigong/Agni practice is designed to guide practitioners through three transformative stages:

1️. Prem – The class begins with a meditative practice to calm the nervous system and settle the body into the space.
2️. Agni – A dynamic sequence of Hatha Yoga poses ignites the inner fire, awakening strength and vitality.
3️. Prajna – The session concludes with breathwork, meditation, and calming postures to integrate the energy and centre it within the heart.
