Yin Yoga - All levels

The Yin Yoga class encourages relaxation in postures, often with the help of props. Postures are held for a longer period and quiet internalisation of awareness is encouraged. Yin yoga focuses on awareness and a more meditative approach to yoga.

The postures apply moderate stress on the connective tissues of the body, the tendons, fascia and ligaments.

The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility, assisting the body as it ages.
